Financial report
Although 2012 was a challenging year, Atlas Services Group Holding B.V. developed very well. In August 2012 we celebrated our 30th anniversary, which was a landmark achievement. 2012 was a year in which strategic choices were made to ensure that we continue to be a healthy and strong company.
The Group has worldwide presence, talented and engaged people and a solid balance sheet, all of which differentiates us in our niche markets and significantly strengthens our business. Our good performance of 2012 should not be viewed in isolation, but rather as part of the Group’s growth over the last thirty years. We still have considerable scope for operational improvement that will drive higher growth and better returns. In the current economic climate, improving both service and efficiency is of increasing importance. Therefore, the focus of the Groups’ strategy is professionalisation and expansion. This way we aim to be first choice in our niche markets for clients, consultants and employees.

Atlas Services Group B.V. is a subsidiary of Atlas Services Group Holding B.V. The main activity of Atlas Services Group Holding B.V. and its groups companies is providing technical professionals to the international oil and gas, marine, hydrographic and seismic industries. On 30 March 2011, the two existing shareholders of the company sold a 45% interest in the company to HAL Investments B.V. As a result, additional funding and resources will be available to the company to further expand the business.
