Financial report 2010
On December 14th, 2010 the company changed its name from Bunel Personnel Services B.V. to Atlas Services Group Holding B.V. as part of a corporate rebranding process. The main activity of Atlas Services Group Holding B.V. and its groups companies is providing technical professionals to the international oil and gas, marine, hydrographic and seismic industries.
HAL investments takes minority interest
After year-end 2010, on 30 March 2011, the two existing shareholders of the company have sold a 45% interest in the company to HAL Investments B.V. As a result, additional funding and resources will be available to the company to further expand the business.
Composition of the board
Because of the minority interest of HAL Investments B.V. in Atlas Services Group Holding B.V., a new Board of Directors was appointed consisting of Managing Directors Marcel Burghouwt and René Neelissen.
